Q1: What materials do you use?
Premium cotton blends, breathable fabrics, and durable prints that last through countless wears and washes. Comfort and quality are non-negotiable for us.
Q2: How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements in inches/cm. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a relaxed streetwear fit.
Q3: Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our drops are limited runs — once they’re gone, they’re gone. If you love it, cop it before it disappears.
Q4: Will colours look exactly the same in person as they do online?
We try our best to keep colours true-to-life, but slight variations can happen depending on your screen settings.
Q5: How do I care for my Here&There clothing?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry. No bleach. No ironing directly on prints. Treat it right and it’ll stay looking fresh.
Orders & Payments
Q1: How do I place an order?
Just choose your product, select your size, hit “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout steps.
Q2: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets.
Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our providers, i.e. Razor pay.
Shipping & Delivery
Q1: Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to almost every corner of India.
Q2: Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon. Stay tuned.
Q3: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days depending on your location.

Q1: Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
We occasionally do custom pieces — keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements.
Q2: How can I be the first to know about new drops?
Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our updates. Our drops sell out fast, so being first in line matters.
Q3: What does “limited drop” mean?
It means we’ve made only a small batch of that design, and once it’s sold out, it will never be restocked.
Q4: Can I reserve an item before it launches?
No reservations — it’s first come, first served to keep it fair for everyone.
