RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@hereandthere.in within 2 days of receiving your order.Include clear photos and a brief description of the damage.Once approved, we will arrange a free return and issue a refund for the same item.
Non-Damaged Products:
If the product is not damaged, we do not accept returns, as all sales are final.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you need a size exchange, here’s how it works:- A ₹250 shipping fee will apply. (This covers pickup from your location, delivery to our warehouse, and re-shipment of the new size.)- Exchanges are only possible for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.- If the returned item is found to be used or washed, it will be sent back without an exchange.- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Free Exchange:
For damaged items approved for return, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost.Please initiate this process within 2 days of receiving the product by emailing support@hereandthere.in with your order details and images of the damaged item.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.- Items without proof of damage or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.- Here&There reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that doesn’t meet the conditions above.
